冬菇絲蒸藍星海斑
材料：
藍星斑（細）5條
冬菇5隻
薑絲大量
處理：
1. 冬菇，清水浸軟。
2. 藍星斑，打鱗，清除內臟，清水洗乾淨，擎乾水，放碟上。
3. 薑，去皮，切絲，鋪在魚上。
4. 冬菇，切片，放魚上。
5. 在冬菇上，加入糖1茶匙，提升冬菇香味，撈勻。
烹調：
1. 大火在鑊中煲滾1鑊水。
2. 大火蒸魚10分鐘。
3. 魚蒸好，倒去碟上水分。
4. 大火在鑊中燒熱油1湯匙。
5. 熱油淋在魚上。
6. 加入生抽。
7. 完成，可享用。
Steam blue dot grouper with sliced mushrooms
Ingredients:
Blue dot grouper (small) 5 Nos.
Mushrooms 5 Nos.
Shredded ginger a lot
Preparation:
1. Mushrooms, soak in tap water until they turn soft.

Steps:
1. Heat up a wok of water at high flame.
2. Steam the fish at high flame for 10 minutes.
3. Fish has been steamed well, pour away water on plate.
4. Heat up oil 1 tbsp at high flame in wok.
5. Pour the hot oil on fish.
6. Add light soya sauce.
7. Complete. Serve.
